Shipping Information

99% Pure!
Over the 15+ years we have been operating, we have built one of the most efficient shipping operations in this business. Over 99% of all orders we receive ship the same day if items are in stock and the order is received prior to the cut-off time, 6PM Eastern Time. As well, many times we are able to ship orders received after the cut-off time.

Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are based directly on the rates given to us by the carriers, and are not padded or inflated. Shipping rates are determined by applying a base rate plus a weight/volume based increment depending on the specific carrier.

PO Boxes
If you are shipping to a Post Office Box (PO Box), please select a US Postal Service mail-based shipping method during checkout, otherwise the shipment may be delayed.

Ship Notification
We automatically send you an email with your order tracking number when your order ships.

Track Your Shipment
The Order Status page on our web site is the quickest method for you to get information on the status of your order. When your order ships, we email the shipping information to you by the end of each work day. This info will include your tracking number and a link for you to click to follow your order's progress from our facility to yours.

Remote Destinations
If the destination shipping address is in a remote area, the shipping rate may increase during the checkout process if our carrier's determine your shipping address to be in an outlying or rural area (this is beyond our control). The adjusted shipping amount will be shown during the checkout process, so you will be able to see any changes.

Shipping Methods

Delivery times shown are for delivery to major urban areas. Remote addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii, may take up to 2 additional business days.

SERVICE LEVEL DELIVERY TIMES CARRIER
GROUND 3 to 7 business day delivery to residential and commercial addresses.
3 DAY 3 business day delivery to commercial addresses by 3:00PM (by 7:00PM to residential addresses).
2 DAY 2 business day delivery to commercial addresses by 4:30PM and residential addresses by 7:00PM.
NEXT DAY PM Next business day delivery by 3:00PM (by 4:30PM to remote areas).
NEXT DAY AM Next business day delivery by 10:30AM (between noon and 5:00PM to rural areas).
SATURDAY Next business day delivery on Saturdays by 1:30PM. Not available to all US addresses.
INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY 2 to 4 business day service to most countries.
INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY 3 to 5 business day service to most countries.

SERVICE LEVEL DELIVERY TIMES CARRIER
STANDARD Deliveries of smaller packages under 1 lb to residential and commercial addresses in 2 to 5 business days.
PRIORITY MAIL Deliveries to residential and commercial addresses in 1 to 4 business days.
APO PRIORITY MAIL Deliveries to APO/FPO PO boxes in 2 to 4 business days. Available to military addresses in the United States.
USPS INTERNATIONAL 6 to 10 business day service to most countries, small packages only.

Backorder Policy
We ship 99% of all our in-stock orders on the SAME DAY (if received by cutoff time) of receiving your order. On rare occasions, items shown in stock on the product page at the time of your order may not be in stock when the order is processed. This may be due to stock levels dropping due to prior order activity or if your order was delayed for processing reasons. In this situation, your order will be set to 'Backorder' status while we expedite the missing items. Once the backordered items are received (typically in 1 to 3 days), your order will ship that same day. If you would like your items faster, please see the 'Ship Partial' section below.

Ship Partial
If you would like your items faster, we offer you the option of partial shipping - we will ship whatever items are in stock when your order is processed, and the remainder of your order when all remaining items are available. You can select this option during the checkout process by indicating your preferred choice in 'Shipping Options'. Each shipment will ship using the ship method chosen. Standard shipping fees apply for each shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address
In the event that your order has shipped and contains erroneous shipping address information (provided by you at the time of order) so that the shipper cannot deliver the shipment, we will attempt to correct the address information and reroute the package to you. This may cause a delay in the shipping time and any additional charges by the shipper to Express Mounts will be charged to your account.

Refused Shipments
The quickest way for us to process a return for you is for you to accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back. When you follow this procedure we can credit your account in just a few days. If you refuse shipment, the product goes back to the delivery company and might not get back to us for 2 or 3 weeks. We cannot process your return until we receive the product. We recommend that you accept delivery of the product and then return the shipment by first obtaining an Return Authorization Number for the return.

Missing or Damaged Shipments
We guarantee all signature-required deliveries through their respective carriers. Should there be a problem with a package that has been damaged in transit or erroneously confirmed as received, we will file a claim with the contracted carrier on behalf of the customer, and will refund payment or re-ship the item upon the settlement of the claim. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the settlement of Fedex/UPS claims, and up to 6 months for settlement of USPS/Canada Post claims.

We are unable to refund or reship on standard shipments that do not require a signature, or on any orders damaged due to customer negligence.
